A recognized degree in a related field, coupled with at least 1 to 3 years of working experience.
Strong analytical and communication skills.
Innovative problem-solving skills; able to dissect and identify problems and implement solutions accordingly.
Excellent command of English, the ability to converse fluently in other languages (eg: Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin) will be an added advantage.
Ensure and implement the tasks provided by the business development department
Communicating and collaborating with the internal teams: Influencers Acquisition, Brand, Production Department, and any other related departments to ensure the campaigns run smoothly and clients’ needs are met.
Manage and optimize operation budgets effectively.
Ensure the client follows the Standard Operating Procedure and managing the client contracts.
Assist in the development and execution of company marketing campaigns.
Influencers On-Boarding and Off-Boarding process following and tracking.
Handling administrative matters related to daily operations and business development.
Proactively detect and provide solutions when working with the teams.
Development of strategies and procedures that increase company efficiency and maximize profits.
